Default im in a dilemma... flywheel bolt rounded

well today i was attempting to take my flywheel off and get it balanced... well that didnt happen.
i managed to get all but 1 flywheel bolts loose... and it might have gone to the point of no return...
Its been completely rounded off, and i ended up buying an bolt extractor for a 1/2" so i could use my torque wrench... now its even more rounded off.
ive tried alot of stuff.. but this bolt is SCREWED UP. i have no idea what to do. can any one please help?
any suggestions? anything would be really appreciated!

That sucks so much. What size socket were you using? That's a metric bolt.

Are you able to get vise grips on the or is there a lip or something that prevents that? Sometimes you can grind down 2 opposing sides so they are parralel so you can get a wrench or pair of vise grips or channel locks or something on there and try again.

If it is a left handed drill bit, they sometimes will remove it as well as drill it.

And cordless will do. Just don't force it to much, or you'll **** it up more.

Also, take one of your other bolts. Measur across the threads, and make sure your drill bit is considerably smaller than that. Or you will have to helacoil... So for the spelling.

You still might be able to take the next smallest size socket (in us) and bang it on with a hammer. The bolt is pretty shot...

I assume you don't have a welder, but if you did, you could weld another nut too it.

I really hate bolt extractors. the majority of the times I've used them with a really tight bolt, I've ended up breaking the bolt extractor off in the bolt. And you can't drill out the bolt extractor (harder than the drill bit)

The easiest way would be to weld a new nut on the end, next would be to hammer a smaller standard socket and try that, then use a feft hand drill bit and an extractor though I dont think there is anyway in hell it will pull that bolt out, should be at 65ft. lbs if I remember correctly.

If all else fails you could grind the head off and pull the flywheel off then try to pull whats left of the bolt out with an extractor.

If this is the bolt head: (||)
grind two flat sides so its like this ||
then go at it with a wrench
