do you have a vehicle??? If so. go get the dog, and drop it off at the nearest pound. When she comes home and finds her dog missing, say IDK... lol

Or just go open the gate, and leave a trail of meat out into the street... That works good too.. ha ha ha

kill it dead, you'll be the hero of the neighborhood. Attempt to be reasonable first though, like the dog collar suggestions, but if the cops come and the lady gives them some sob story and doesn't shut the mutt up. end it.

She's never home? Call peta (sp) and tell them she abandons her dog for extended periods and the dog is traumatized. They'll jump all over that ****.

The Hulk shouldn't be running around anyway. who just skins a cat with their bare hands? lol

lol he didn't skin it lol the tissue just became detached from muscle and caused the cat a lot pain. His ex-wife who had just filed for divorce at the time was the one who reported him however.

Had the same problem in a townhome no less as well....what I started doing was going over a couple hours after the female owner got home and would bang on her door then leave.
I would do it ever couple of hours.
Finally left a not on her front door I'd stop banging on her door all night if she got her dog to shut up during the day (non stop) barking.

I won. She found a different home for the dog.

that too

I've got a dog
when I first got him, I kept him outside in the yard.
had a neighbor complain several times.
so I started keeping him inside
she continued to complain, (either making up stuff about my dog, or hearing other neighbor's dogs)

eventually I got a ticket
went in to fight it, she agree'd that my dog didn't bark that much anymore
I ended up having to pay half the ticket anyways
(ticket was $160, and goes up with each complaint)
the fucked up thing is, it was only her complaints.
no other neighbors, and animal controll came out several times.
never heard my dog barking (or even outside)

good luck

i have 4 dogs, and if they bark spray those little fers with a pressure washer, or a garden hose. they get the point when it gets cold out.
