Is registration online still awhile and still availble for the hotel?

 

Well I know of a BB vert going to so thats 3 BB's in one place at one time. He goes by 68 RS/SS Ragtop on the gathering forums. 3 out of 112 bbs ever built is a nice bb turnout!

I just verified, rate is available Fri/Sat/Sun, but not Thursday, but I hear you can get a decent rate for Thursday if you call and talk with them rather than reserve online.
Don't delay, make your reservation now, they don't charge your card until you arrive, but the discounted rooms will be gone any day.

 

I just called earlier and reserved my room for the days I'll be there.

 

They should group all them together. They win all the local car shows. They have a 30th anniversary also, so that might be there as well. I hoping to see a new ZL1 in person. wish GMMG was around to play with these cars.

 

You can count on seeing at least one ZL1 at the Gathering!

Really excited to make as this will be my first year. Bringing my Black M6 '01 WS6 and was trepid about bringing a stock car with peeling clearcoat but if this event is half as badass as I keep hearing it will be worth it to meet passionate owners who can teach me a thing or two. I'm looking forward to getting votes from viewers on my photoshop build mockups and getting opinions on how I should build the car.

I'm traveling in from Chicago with my gf on Thursday night and staying through till Sunday. Anyone else coming from Chicago?

Me and some friends are going saturday so there will be some camaros and my trans am. This will be my first time going, they told me how awesome it was last year and I cant wait! It helps that we only live about 45 minutes from it

 

Please PM me afterward to tell me what you enjoyed and what you would have liked to see next year. We are always looking for suggestions. I highly recommend you plan to stay over Saturday night at the Marriott as the party is best enjoyed very late and without driving afterward.

I'll be there, but my car is going to sound awful... turbo decided to crap itself so it's in Arizona getting a rebuild. Now it sounds (and smells) like an old beater truck from the 70's.
