Default what color intake?

so i got my LS6 intake and pp throttle body coming and i was wondering what color you guys think i should paint them? my engine bay is pretty basic with the slp lid, headers, etc and my car is red...im thinking maybe a silver/grey like the fast with spray gun clear, or maybe just smooth it out and spray it black? what do you guys think? i will likely be painting my lid/FRC's in black with candy red realistic fire, but im not sure yet...

pics/opinions of what you have done? thanks!

If you are doing the FRC's and lid in Black with Red Flames then I'd suggest Black or the shade of red on the flames. Silver would stand out against the rest of the theme in my opinion. But maybe silver would work.

I'd go with black, it'll go better with the FRC's.

i think black would be a definate ground coat if you decide to go with flames.

i doubt i'll do the flames on the intake, but i am also tossing around the idea of doing it with a silver crazer and usings a scotch brite to make it look kinda like stainless steel and then changing my flame color to a silver ,?
