Removing roof panel?

Removing roof panel? Hi
I run a 95 camaro as a street stock at our local circle track. I've been looking at ways of removing wieght, and due to my extensize roll cage, the roof structure is useless so I want to remove it.
Is there any way to remove the roof panel intact? I've already cut some of the metal structure out, so I can apply heat directly to the metal where the glue is attached. I also wouldn't have a problem with seperating the "T-Top" part of the roof from the sail panel hoop if it would make it easier to remove without breaking it.
