Some people say "totalled" to read "not repairable". Your car is definately repairable, but if the value of the repair is over 70-80% of the value of the car insurance will total it. Since you're paying out of pocket and it drives straight I say fix it. I see you're here in Orlando, so get the parts for a good deal from Charlie (407-797-3307) and find a shop that's hungry for work to weld in the new section of rocker and pull the unibody. You can do it that way for less than half of what Courtesy is quoting you.

Sucks man. Guess it is a hard lesson learned
I'm no body guy but it honestly doesn't look that bad to me. I've seen much worse get fixed by insurance before.

Subframe and a-pillar are tweaked. That is going to be totaled. Having these offset weaken the structural integrity of the car to the point insurance companies don't want these cars on the road again under a clean title when they crumple during a roll-over from metal stress. But like others have said buy the car back, buy some body hammers and go to town

My guess is that its totaled looks like the pillar is bent pretty bad so the rest of the body is probably teaked...that sucks man!!!
Good luck with the insurance company!

I've seen worse be fixed. A new rocker is a must not just a section as is a new door. The quarter panel looks like it will work out with a pull. The doorjamb and a-pillar look rotated in not bent in, so that should be able to be pulled out.

Looks totaled to me man. It most likely can be fixed, but its not about the "fixability" but its about how much the damages will cost to fix. You'd be surprised how much that will cost to have fixed. The book value of the car isn't very high and damages will be a lot. I bounced off a curb and onto a guardrail in October with minor damages. I brought it to my body shop and my insurance deemed it a total loss because the cost of repairs in their view came out to $6,000. I got a radiator support, bumper, radiator, and cruise control and fixed it myself after buying my car back for about $1500.
If this is totaled to my insurance company I'm betting on yours is too:
