They mostly thought my suspension was all damaged, they wrote it for 4 wheels and tires, control arms and tie rods, a new bumper, a whole a/c system, radiator, the entire front radiator support, fog lights, a turn signal, all the plastic underneath, cruise control system, and abs sensors. Basically just wrote it for a bunch of bs it didn't need so they didn't have to deal with it.
I bought a new bumper, radiator, lower rad support, used cruise module, used plastic splash guards for about $800. I got a great price for the car so I got wheels tires and adjustable shocks/struts too.

Sorry for hijacking your thread I'll make my own!

Glad to see it in the shop, I didn't think it was that bad at all. I have put a lot worse back straight and on the road.

You would really have to see if the frame has been bent, if not yea it's fixable

so did insurance total it out or did you get a hookup on a "cheap" fix. if you dont have the 3 point subframes you definetly want to do it again in case you ever get in another side impact. im sure its pretty straight from the frame machine but that metal never has the same properties after its been creased.

Thats what I was thinking.... Did you just skip insurance? Because I really saw no way they wouldnt total that thing...unless you have a really really cool insurance adjuster.

Glad to see you found a shop that is doing seemingly decent work! They still going to replace the rocker metal? Or are they going to try to massage things back?
