Every time i've spray painted (calipers, actually repainted my front lip of the bumper, undercarriage etc.), i've done it in my garage, important stuff covered up with tack cloth, and the 2 doors cracked for ventilation, along with the windows open a bit. Never had a problem with fumes, and didn't use a mask either lol. Should have tho.

Never had a issue myself, though I do spray outside. I just got a little mask with a hepa filter stuck on it.

i do mine on my side yard, wind isn't really an issue. i did paint the bottom of my car after i took off my body kit and i opened the garage a little bit, opened the side door to the garage and had a fan sucking out air. you can buy one of those big square fans from target for like 20 bucks.

What type of paint are you using ???? If its urethane or epoxy with a hardener. Read this link. This stuff is very dangerous if you dont follow the guidelines and the damage can be cumilative .

I spray bombed things outside before and never had a big deal. I sprayed black primer on my 3rd gen 91-92 gfx and it was fine. Sanding is what really sucked.

You need to get a good respirator. Any product that takes a catalyst over time will do damage to you. If your getting dizzy you don't have a good enough mask or ventilation. Be careful i sprayed for 15 years and have had alot of friends die from exposure to the chemicals.
