I have a 2002 z28 with t-tops and I noticed I had a rusthole on the floorboard on the driver side. Not sure if its from the catalyic converter or water seeping into the floorboard and carpet. Anyone else had this problem any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Haven't noticed on mine. To figure out where it coming from pull up that part of the carpet. Wherever its worse (top or bottom of the floorpan) is where it started. Does your carpet get wet over there??

Wow dont have this problem but your gonna wanna get on top of that before it spreads. Cut out that small portion of floorboard ad reweld a new plate in it then seal it top and bottom with structurial glue and use rubberized undercoating on the underside of it. Thats how I do rust repair and havent had a problem with it coming back yet.
