Yeah I'm diggin this car. I didnt like pewter when I got my t/a but the only reason why I bought the car was because it was a one owner car and taken well cared for. My car is in the shop getting a new window, motor, and now paintjob and I have to say after looking at your car, Im going to get the berger blackend.

Thank you!
Here's my latest update, any paint guru's feel free to chime in with your thoughts on the B pillar(sail panel) issue I have.
OK, back online.. So here's the scoop.. Car was painted with BASF paint, Pewter metallic and Cadillac black. Everything came out great except for some fitment issues with the new drivers fender.. My painter is working with GM to get a replacement as this one just will not line up correctly.. Between the door and fender there is a 3/8" gap at the top and 1/8" at the bottom.. Next issue, I never had any bubbling of the paint on the sail panel(B pillar) with the stock paint. Once repainted looked awesome until the car saw sunlight, then instant bubbling of the paint over the entire panel. BASF paint rep is supposed to be coming to the shop today to look at the issue.. I just find it wierd I didn't have this problem with the stock paint and now I do.. I know about the TSB on the panel, but why would it start after a repaint? So, he's working to resolve the issue.. I was going to bring it home today for the weekend to work on some stuff, but with the rep coming and the rain, left it there.. Sorry, no new pics.. I haven't been in the pic mood, getting very frustrated.. I did take it for a ride last week though, shouldn't of done it, now I miss it even more.. If it's determined the panel needs to be replaced with the correct epoxy(GM used a shitty epoxy which causes the bubbling issue), the panel alone is $800, then add labor, etc...... So, will I have my car at all this summer, I'm not sure...
Edit: I know there were a few people concerned with the metallic paint matching with everything being painted separately, I had the car in the sunshine a few times and can not see any difference in the panels..
