Default Stress Cracks

Over time, my car has had some downfalls and I now have stress cracks on the front and rear bumper covers. Can these be sanded down and maybe filled over, or am I stuck with buying new ones?

Usually these stress cracks can be sanded out with a DA, using 180 grit and then going to 320 grit , next step is primer, if the cracks are still there they can be filled with Evercoat metal glaze, i know metal glaze, but it will work very well and sands easy!!!!

holy ****!! you never ever use bondo or the metal glaze on plastic, 1. its wrong 2. its not going to stick 3. its not going to last i dont give a rats *** what anyone says it doesnt work

evercoat makes a glaze for plastic, but if the bumper is TPO/TPE/TEO OR PP then you need to apply a adheshion promoter, that dries for 15 mins then you apply your material

stress cracks are a easy fix, d.a. with 180 then 240
