putting the major work (drivetrain/interior swap) off/on hold for now. until the holiday break. i still plan to get my roller soon, but i'm going to give myself plenty of time to work with the fenders/doors and all the body work involved.

I was going to jump in full force, but that wont give me the results i want. I'm just going to take my time and do it all right. I had plans to get my roller for 400 on monday, but the owner didn't have the pink slip, so i didn't get it, so my search continues

Once i get my roller i'll delete this thread and start a new thread in the appearance/detailing section as i get rolling with the project.

another reason i put in on hold, is to put some money into more photography stuff, my real interest. And to hold me over with the car as it is, i'm changing to a different spoiler (low rise), and swapping the rear rims out to 19x10's, re-tinting the front windows and windshield, and getting a new stereo set up.

kinda, but not really

at the time i do the swap, the rims will go to the new car, as will interior/stereo, so there's no difference getting those things now. and the tint and hatch don't cost too much, so i'm okay getting them. plus i'll make the money back on the hatch when i part out the car once i'm done with it.

its official folks, picked up my roller tonight. I'm going to get it all cleaned up probably starting thursday, any throughout the weekend. Gonna start a thread in the appearance section once it gets started tomorrow.

Thanks again for the car Jeff!

I not going to lie thought this was a dumb idea until I seen that transmaro on that video you posted. I think it looks badass and is different, And agree on the hatch. Go for it OP
