OEM SS hood

I found this hood on craigslist for 450$. it is oem ss hood with no damage. has some scratches but it is getting paints white anyways. the old man is a big camaro junky. has a restored iroc in the garage and a mint 02 v6 as his daily. already put a deposite down but is it a good deal. also come with a NIB gm screen.

I think that its a good deal. In my area, these hoods go for $600-$700 for an original OEM SS hood.

iv been waiting for one to get posted on craigslist and after 2 years someone finally did. i didnt wanna have to pay for shipping. i want my v6 sitting pretty till i graduate college and get me a 5th gen camaro

Yeah, I've been in the market for one also. The best SS hood that you can get, is one that is OEM. These can be very expensive and this one that you found is a pretty good deal.

I would buy a oem ws6 for that price so I would say it's a good deal if there priced like a ws6 oem it would be $1100 new at least that's what I was quoted without my vendor discount.
