Default Bout to paint front bumper and CME valance. Suggestions?

Just had the local shop mix me up some onyx black paint so my friend can repaint my front bumper and paint my 6LE cme valance. Front bumper is mint except for this:

What kind of prep is the bumper going to need? What about the valance? Any tips or suggestions on flexing agents, clear coat, prep etc? Thanks

Default

d/a and feather edge out the scratches , apply glaze if need be, prime then sand out until 400-600, sand the rest of the valence with 400

base then clear.

if you buy any production paint i.e. ppg dupont matrix martin seniour you arent going to need flex agent in the clear, companys know that their clear go on bumpers and flexible things so their clear is already designed to do so
