Not digging the honda emblem flat black. The grill doesn't look bad but I would of left the emblem chrome or went with something else. Just looks unfinished.

How many coats did you put on? if it's too thin, it looks rough, patchy, and is hard to remove.

Seems painting the whole 9 yards black is a popular thing among ricers.

Hey OP, congrats in joining the ricer crowd!

Just kidding. I do think keeping the emblem in chrome would be a little better.

yeah i was thinking about keeping the H chrome as well, just wanted to see how it sat. but she's digging it, somewaht lol i'll take the black off the H tomorow morning and see how it looks. This was just a test, so i know for next time, what to do and what not to do lol As for doing the whole car black.....i'll run it past my girlfriend hahaha I dig the satin black front only cause the mirrors and door handles are satin black, so it matches pretty damn good. I want to do the "civic" badge in the back. Im trying not going to "rice" it out too much :p

Zex - i did about 3 coats. came out pretty nice actually.

I'm looking forward to doing my wheels this week

So what's the benefit of using that stuff over any other paint? What's the price difference?

It's temporary. You can just peel it off.

im picking up a set of ss 10 spokes and thought about plast dipping the inside barrel and in between the spokes like on the anniversary cars. just a thought and know it wont look just like the anniversary cars just thought it would be a cool idea. worst case if I dont like it I can just take it off.

Looks pretty good, I would leave the emblem chrome though.

I just did my jeep rims the other day after seeing the plasti-dip thread on here! I like the end result, I had a hard time getting my tape to stick to the tires and thus the edge of my rims didn't turn out as well as I would have liked.

I only did one coat, now that Zex mentioned it looks sloppy with just one coat I can see that now when I look really closely at the rims. It doesn't bother me too much, I'll throw another coat on later haha.

Cracks me up on how every time someone dares to be a little different, they are called a ricer. I have never driven anything but camaro's, trans am's and porsche, but I still think the 1993-2002 camaros are damn ugly stock. You have to mod them. I don't have lambo doors, but how can they be ricer when they are italian . Maybe we should call them pastas. My father would die before he would do anything differnent to his RRSS 396 68 camaro. I can respect that, since it is an antique and worth a bit. Hate to break it to you though, these f bodies will never be worth anything and if you prefer to be different and have enough ***** to stand out, Id say go for it!!!
