Been awhile, New pics w/ CETA Plasti Dip
Hadn't taken any pics of the car in awhile and saw the thread about Plasti Dip. I always wanted to see how the car would look with the CETA mod, so figured why not. Doing the Plasti Dip was easy, then gave her a quick cleaning and took some pics. Pic quality isn't the greatest, but I think I like it with the blackout tail lights and wheels.

Thanks all, yea I'm digging the CETA.
Just some info, they are tail light covers not tinted. I havent gotten any pics yet without the covers.
The wheels are custom Boze wheels for my shortened 9 inch rearend, I wanted a big lip on the back.
Yes the car is turbo'd. Check my sig or the Cover of the May 09 GMHTP
The plasti Dip was less than 6 bucks a can. If you use masking tape or painters tape alone the top of the groove you'll get a nice clean line. Just take your time. Here's a tip though, don't ready the can instructions. Do several coats maybe 15 seconds apart and then slowly peel the tape off. Otherwise you'll rip up the plasti dip if you wait too long before peeling the tape off.

CETA looks great, but lose the light covers. They always look tacky IMO, and while I can understand liking the blacked out look, I personally think the tails on these cars look awesome, no way would I ever want to cover them up.
