Default How to fill in gash/hole on 93 camaro fender? And how to prep whole car?

first time i ever messed with a urethane fender (or is it something else).. i'm use to the metal fenders. i'm assuming i can use regular bondo on it. whats the cheapest stuff i can buy to use? i heard of a flexible bondo.

what all do yall recommend to remove from a 93 camaro to paint?
trunklid
doors
mirrors?

tape front lights
remove tail lights
cover wheels
tape glass off
tape cowl panel off
tape antenna mount

shoud i remove the weaherstripping on the top of the doors or just tape it off?

i think i'll just paint the door handles and keyholes

should i paint it with the mirrors on if i'm color matching them with the car or paint them seperate?

first time doing a complete car paint job. i usually never do the door jams.

3m makes something but i cant remember the numbers on it, 8015 i believe, bondo alone wont hold up.you can try fiberglass as it will be cheaper than the 3m stuff.
take off evrything you can for a nicer job,if you leave the mirrors the will be a pain to paint around anyway.
if your looking for a nice job take off bumpers, mirrors, hatch, lights, trim, ect.if your doing the jams n want a nicer job take off doors, hood, hatch, fenders and jam them in.you can leave on car but it wont be as nice and is a pain to tape n paper right.

Dont be lazy or anyone who knows what their looking at will notice all the corners that were cut.
Remove everything you can:

Doors and de-trim them(lock and handle comes off very easily)
Hatch and de-trim as well
Bumpers
Lights, all of them
All weather stripping(very easy on these cars)
Mirrors(so that you can hang them and get full coverage with no dry spots)
Antenna
Hood(so you can get the underside and the inner part of the fenders that the hood covers)

Basically remove everything you can, If you even have the thought of "should I remove this?" then just do it. These cars are very easy to strip down and reassemble. Refer to my thread below for a good idea of what to take off. This was an 02 trans am but the cars will be very similar.
