Last night I helped my friend take his door off and replace it with a better looking door since he got into a little accident not too long ago. Basically the door sags like crazy...i held the door up while he bolted it in numerous times and it still wouldn't line up correctly...is there a trick to doing this? The accident didn't cause too much damage to his old door, it basically just cracked the fiberglass a little bit near the door handle so he decided to get a whole new door since it would be cheaper to fix.

Tried using the top hinge of the newer door and the old bottom hinge then changed both of the hinges to the hinges of the old door, both of them let the door to be too low. (its my car that we're working on)

Did you end up taking this to a shop? I don't remember but did the hinges have a slot for adjustment? If so try pushing the top towards the fender and bottom towards the quarter and tighten it.
From the pics it looks like it matches pretty good.
