Default Best time of year to paint car?

What's the best time of year to paint cars.
Right now it's 100 degrees and high humidity.
Does the humidity play a big part?
Is the fall the best time or spring?
Thanks in advance

Fall is best when outside air temps are around 70-75 degrees, lets the paint flow better for metallics and causes less modeling.
