Don't retaliate.
You'll end up in court and no one but you is gonna pay for that damage. Get a tape recorder or video camera if that idiot comes back.
Let the police charge him - and go from there.

It's full of crumblys & farmers round here & all the neighbors are really nice including the 3 brothers at the farm apart from the **** of a son who doesn't live there.

I've just got home to find a letter posted through the door "To the owner of the Camaro"
asking me to contact them saying I hit your car this morning and couldn't stop to talk to you(Bollocks the car went past when I was at the front door & didn't make any attempt to stop) can you come and talk to us to discuss it. signed marilyn.
But she wasn't driving, I think her son is a named driver on the insurance & she's taking the wrap.
went down not even an apology just handed me their details, no sign of the son.
Anyway! I told her she has to contact the police & report the incident within 24hours or she's gonna get charged.
I'm still pissed off but at least I've got somewhere

You said you had an argument with son before he drove off this a.m.
Wouldn't that come up in your discussion?
I'm not sure how she can take any blame if you saw the son, and argued with him before he drove off.

The other thing is when we told the mother she'd have to call the police within 24hours of the incident to stop them from charging her, when we heard from the police later it was the son that called them not her.
But anyway it's going through the insurance now. I buffed some of the scratches and black paint of the car as well! Just feint hairline scratches in the door. the trim & door sill took the brunt of it! I still want every mark they put on it gone.

Oh I'd of killed the little ******. I still wish I can find the ******* that smacked my car in a gas station and took off like a little bitch..... ******* year later and it still hasn't been fixed yet.
