Sorry guys no updates this second, but SOON. I expect pics tomorrow or Monday at the latest. The shop has worked very hard to ensure its being done right and they've been very good about sending pics when work has been done.

oh nice! I am building a drift car and would be interested in some copies if you want to make a buck by molding them.

Yeah I cut about a 3.5" wide piece of upper radius out.

I thought you were going to use fiberglass. I think the sheet metal will hold up much better.

Originally, yeah that was the idea. I thought may have been the only feasible way to get the contours I needed...then I found a fabricator that was willing to do the job for the right price. I'm very much looking forward the less crude closer to finished stage

Very Z06 like. I can see the idea. Looking forward to the final execution.

Keeping those until after paint. It's a surprise!

The goods: 19x14 rears, 6LE Carbon diffuser, Mecham Tips, C6Z brakes painted ZR1 Blue ("Trans Am" instead of "corvette"), Retarded engine bay - n2o outlet DP/dedicated fuel, real CF lid and manifold, it goes on and on and on...

Pretty sure this is going to be the complete package. Lots of vendor stuff, lots of custom stuff...

Keep in mind this is just the "skeleton". There will be some nice contours added soon
