Oh lol I thought it was just the paint... and yeah I'm saying bye to the gold... I'm just not feeling it anymore

the gallon with the hardener and reducer is 150, thats not bad at all since you dont need to put a clear coat on it. it has the best uv protection out of any. and i would die if you did that. i guess im one of the few that likes the sgm

I havent bought paint or anything like that yet.. I have sanded down one half of the car and driver quarter panel is pretty bad... that was the side where it was oxidized and baked in the sun, I am picking up a sander from home depot in a few min so i cant go over it and take it down to the primer coat atleast

I sanded mine down with 600 and then sprayed a few coats on it about 4 and have a half gallon left so you only need a gallon of the blitz black and a quart of the jd paint thinner I just got done today and will try to post up some pics soon

nice nice... my paint is in such bad condition that we had to go more gritty like 80 grit and work up from there to 150 and then something like 600 will be needed

Amen to that... once the paint is done and the engine comes back from the machine shop, im selling them and getting a different set

i would honestly not go with blitz black. ive heard of it chalking up after about 2 years. the hot rod flatz has the best uv protectants in any flat/satin paint on the market.

imo flat black doesnt look good, honest you should try some other matte colors, matte white looks great ,so are some of the other colors i have seen

yeah, hell id take black salad shooters if i could find them. im lookin for light weight and a accurate speed reading XD

plus tire are cheaper for smaller rims.

would you consider satin black?

Are those the hot rod flatz paint u guys bought for thesatin black. Im thinking about doing mine satin. Would look sick with my black chrome race stars I think.

I love satin black... I have a question.. wouldn't it be the same thing if you did flat black with a satin clear?
