I think it's the sun and light, messing with the camera optics. I've seen this color before on a 1937 Kit Car. The pictures don't do it justice. Your car looks awesome!
I'm not liking that guy "Eric's" car as much because of the aero skirts. Sometimes, less is more. Are you going to mod the interior too? McNord gauges / HVAC, custom stitching or new covers altogether, dash, etc?. I can't wait to see the final product.

Thanks!
Im not a big fan of the ground effects either, too many lines IMO. You're right the pictures don't do it justice. I need to get a pro to grab some shots, where the pearl shows more.
I am going to customize the interior: Kevlar with orange thread mixed in wrapped around the the plastic that goes around the leather and arm rest. Resin filled and polished. The inner leather piece will be orange with black stitch near the edges, going all the way around. Or I may reverse that and do black with orange stitch. The seats will be black with orange stitching, I need to find someone that does good work. I like the look of the stock seats and would like to keep the same shape in the seat.
I am considering doing a 7" touchscreen fiberglassed in to the top of the dash to the right of the gauge cluster. I want to hook up a a pc with ODBII hook up and get some live data displayed. Will come in handy once this thing has turbos.
After I get the doors done I will decide if I want to do the rest of the interior paneling in kevlar/orange or carbon fiber or if I just want to keep it black.
I havent decided on anything else yet at this point.
I will definitely be posting pics along the way!
I have my new carpet mostly in, still need to trim the edges to make it fit, this carpet aint easy to work with.
CHEERS!

I agree on the lime green. I think run a pinstripe right down each stripe on the outstide of the black...no space between. Let me PS it...
Edit: here you go, I also did a little editing to try and bring out the color so it wasnt so washed out looking.

nice!
Now that's a good wifey! Miss you girl, you to brother. When I get down there, we will do all the body panel alignments!
These guys are buds, they wont mind and will shoot me straight. So I got that going for me. Im laying dynamat now and will install interior, and fiberglass an amp rack. At that point Ill be taking the amp rack to them to be painted along with the front bumper filler and talk about the hood fitment. The bumper also sags or is pinched or something right underneath the driver headlamp.
I really appreciate all of the feedback!!! You guys rock.
Now this is how you install Dynamat! You have your wifey do it!
Now that's a good wifey, lol. Miss you girl, you to brother!

Price actually wasn't bad, at $4500 in Ft Worth, TX. But I think that was the homeboy hook up price.
The hood, head light covers, bumper, fenders, lines, will all be addressed later on. It looks good enough for now.
I will tackle the line issues when the intercooler, HID head lamps and HID fog lamps go in.
