SOB it's my darker twin!! O_O
and here's her darker side.. it's hard to catch because its usually pitch black outside or raining when this ones shows itself lol (thus the old pic without tinted tails/markers)
I'm not giving up the details for this one.. but gunmetal gray(dark, GM) and precision gray metallic(light, Nissan) will give you a similiar look

Thanks for the suggestions... Im thinking of going some type of grey on top & painting the wings west body kit Black Diamond!!!
