Default White haze/Road chips issue (spot paint?)

Hey everyone!

So I am about to have my CME painted and installed but before I do, I was wondering what I could do about the white haze and rock chips behind each wheel??(lower part of the fenders) My car is black so it really stands out. Would a body shop be able to just sand and spot paint those areas and have it blend well? ..Sorry, I’m a noob when it comes to paint!

Thanks!

it can be spotted, for that matter anything can be spotted. my personal preference is not to spot. being its a black car where you stop your clear it will end up hazing there. it may take 6 months it may take years but it will show back up. spend the extra few bucks and clear the whole fender and bumper.
