Contemplating which hood to buy, car came with a redneck raised POS. Dont want another crappy fiberglass hood. How are these trufiber hoods? Good gaps? fitment? prep? About $500 shipped but is it quality?

The trufiber on my car fits pretty well, also installed one on a customers car a few months back and it fit pretty damn well for not really being adjusted at all. You can see it has a larger gap on the drivers side between the fender. That could be easily corrected but the guy was selling the car and didnt care much.

I've had a Trufiber hood on my 99 TA for 2 years and I have no complaints. Just be aware the grills are a silverish color, not black, and mine came with a Trufiber badge rivited underneath the hood. If I had known about it I would have had the bodyshop remove it before painting it. I got mine from the WS6 store with free shipping. It's a good deal.
