Default Por 15advice needed

About to start the process of por'ing the underside of my 2002 ws6.
Ive already removed the heat shields and scraped all the loose rust off.
Will also be removing/ covering/ masking up anything i dont want covered in this mess!! Question for you guys is- is the marine clean dangerious to aluminum like simple green is? Can i get it on my exhaust and tranny without damage? Like wise the metel ready etch is that bad? Obviously ill be care not to apply directly on the components but as i rinse im sure contact will be made.
Finally what about rubber seals will the prep eat through them?
Any advice appreciated

Lol yes i have a full hazmat suit for the occasion, main question is about the prep and any damage the two would do to alluminium, seals, wheels etc when rinsing off

I also have questions regarding this process.

How much POR15 product is necessary to undercoat the entire undercarriage of an Fbody twice? Can it be done without removing every part underneath? What tools would you suggest for taking the panels down to bare metal prior to POR15 application?
