Convertible sail panel???

I seem to be having a heck of a time trying to figure out just what this panel is called or better yet where to get another one. This is the panel between the window and the convertible top. Its triangular and the outer side of it appears to be metal. It would be a average run of the mill sail panel on a regular hard top or t top car but for some reason there is hardly an info on the convertible version. Anyone have any info on this?
