i hope none of that sanding sludge is on your convertible top, if so it is ******. its stained and will not come out. Im a professional painter and i have also never seen anything like that even remotely happen. The only thing i can imagine, the paint looks like flatener was added to it, if you were going for a flat paint job. Flatener has talcolm powder in it, hence the white residue effect.

I've been looking for a reputable shop & getting different estimates it is going to cost me $4500 to fix what the guy messed up SMH

OP what happened to you taking the shop to court, they definitely need to see a judge.

Sorry y'all been real busy studying for finals. Today was my last test and also as soon as I was done I took the TA to a reputable shop to do her right! I'll post pics ASAP it should be done in a month and a half
