Take it off and have a look. I just know that on mine, it bulged out like that, and that was the issue.

He did, I think it is beyond us and I will have a body shop look at it.

Mine is similar to that, and has been from the day it came off the car carrier when I ordered it. It's not as bad, but sticks out like 1/8" or so. I'll try and snap a pic of it.
