Yeah for the ground effects but I'm not a big fan of them so its worth it. The holes aren't that bad either.

Yeah I'm going to paint it, I actually went to a trade school in high school for auto refinishing. Actually what is the best way to clean it without leaving a residue on it?

I use a water based W&G remover.

Some more work done, accidently hit it with my truck moving it. Caved and twisted my passenger fender. Got it mostly worked out though which suprised me. This is how the car sits now.

Well I've been working on the car again and have been working on leveling and straightening out the car. And have a problem with the passenger side door on the top part where the mirror mounts and up by the where the door skin forms up into the window channel. There are numerous small dents in that area and need to get it straightened out. I can't use hammer and dolly because there is a brace behind the skin in that area, I don't want to fill it full of body filler. What do you guys think I should do?

weld a nail head to it then if you have the rite puller you can get some of it out. I assume you dont have a nail spotter gun. but a regular nail and vise grips can work by pulling tapping around with hammer.

Yeah I don't have one but have welder, nails, and hammers. Hoping this helps, what else can I do if this doesn't work?

find another door or use body filler, but try not to get filler over 1/4 inch thick. take a straight edge across door see how far it is in. you could see about a new door skin is available. but thats alot more work than a door is worth when a better door is available.

I do have 2 doors sitting around, 1 complete and 1 I could steal the part of the skin I need. I'm hoping this works so I don't have to do either...

door skin is the whole outside panel. it has on 3 sides about 1/4 inch lip you need to bend over tight to inner door. thats why when you open door you see a seam around inside door edge.

I not implying you dont, I just didnt want you to do a hack job. Ive seen guys buy skin and try to cut into it & make a patch panel out of new one. Its just a lot of hackers out there.

Sorry didn't mean to sound like an ***, but it's good you stated that if any following or reading this thread doesn't. Tomorrow if I get up early enough I am going to try the pulling method.

I did buy some Evercoat Rage that is on its way now. This weekend I hope to start applying filler where its needed. Not sure what primer to go with now though and brand suggestions I'm open to.
