Rock chip repair on the hood.

Rock chip repair on the hood.
Okay its time to repair the rock chips on my hood. The plan is to apply a semi-thick drop of paint to the chips that has some build on top, then use a yellow Mirka mini file to smooth down:
Question regarding the paint. It seems that Arctic White touch-up paint is available from countless makers on-line, but I cant find a catalyzed touch-up anywhere. I would like to use a catalyzed paint from the get-go so I dont have to apply a clear and have it go the distance. Where can I purchase touch-up amounts of Arctic White paint with hardener?
I may also consider using a standard touch-up paint and after smoothing down, airbrush a small and very light 2-part catalyzed clearcoat over top, then polish. This is what I do on pinball machine playfields that I restore for a side hustle with good success. Just never really done it on my car.
Totally open to suggestions here. I can perform more advanced work rather than dobbing touch-up with a crappy brush from a ten dollar bottle of paint from Amazon.
Thanks
Bill
