Bubbling Sail Panel Issue for Dummies
Just took a trip to my local dealership with the TSB for this. I showed it to the Shop Manager and he came out and looked at the car. Said hed call me tomorrow after he gets the Bulletin No. confirmed to set up an appointment.
I guess you just have to find a dealship that doesnt have a ******** managing it and come with a copy of the actual TSB.

Well no **** its out of warranty, the car is 8 years old!! That doesnt justify my roof bubbling. If a TSB is issued addressing this problem that can be found on 90% a these vehicles, the manufacturer SHOULD be jumping to help out the owners. There is nothing that any of us have done to cause or could have done to prevent the roof from wrinkling an blistering. I feel so helpess..this sucks

If any others on here have CASE ID numbers, PLEASE post them! I have a case ID myself for the same problem, however I gave the 800 number guy the case ID posted earlier in this thread. The guy on the other end of the phone came back on and said GM is aware of the problem and he is bumping the issue up based on the ID number I provided him.
The fact of the matter is, the more CASE ID numbers we have, the better! My ID number is: 71-637115275
When they call back, I would like to have more ID numbers to provide them with. The more the better proving this issue is being resolved in similar cases.
