Default Rocker panel?

ok i was playing the other day with my friend, and to make a long story short, i hit some trees. i made away pretty lucky, just broke my passenger side skirt (already epoxyed it back together) and pushed in the rocker panel. back by the rear tire. its a dent about 10 inches long and really not to bad. but here is my question i dont know alot about body work, so would a suction cup work or would i need the slide hammer. i was thinking the cup wouldnt work because of the seams in the rocker panel. again i have no clue on body work. it doesnt have to be pretty just enough to get the side skirt on again then no one could see the rocker panel. any help is great. thanks.

Post up a pic if you can. My not bad and yours are most likely different. 10 inches sounds bad.

Sorry man, no sucktion cup can fix it. Slide hammer would take way to many holes to come close to pulling in out all the way. You would either have to cut a hole and slide something inside to pull it out or weld slide rods to it.

I have the same problem on both sides. I ran over a curb on one and dented it pretty bad. The other one was my own stupidity with putting a floor jack on it..... So you would have to cut out the section and replace it?? Here is a link to the damage i did.

some guys would put the car on a frame rack and weld some metal tabs to it to pull it out. some would have a stud gun and slide rods to pull it out. if you have no experiance doing body work take it to a shop and get an estimate.
