Default how can you fix this

well i when i took my car to the dealer ship they bent the peice for the fender bolts near the pinch welding. So i took it back to them to fix that and then when i got it back the door kept catching on the fender. they said they pulled the fender as far front as they could on the driver side that was catching but its still catching at the very bottom slightly. how can this be fixed

id make them fix it all again...you shouldn't have to touch it
