A lot of people on this site have no idea the difference between semi gloss or flat so your poll isnt going to be acurate. The original Berger panels as well as the rear tail light black out treatment on the first gen BB Camaros were approx. 60% gloss. The Krylon Semi gloss is about as close as you can get with a rattle can. If you like the primered look go with flat, if you like the clean low gloss look go with the Semi gloss.

Semi gloss looks best to me.

DVSST8, has been my favorite Camaro on these boards for awhile now. Off topic, but any issues with your Privats, mine started to peel..now going with a different wheel...

oh ya it does. i repainted mine a "semi Flat" by Krylon. It looks like a satin. flat is more like a primer and not right for the car.

I did mine with a dupont gloss and a clear, came out great, I did not cut any corners with it, hours and hours of prep, in a booth with HVLP guns. I would do it in gloss again in a heartbeat, as I think that flat and semi look cheap, like you just ordered a new peice and didnt bother to get it painted

Gold Z, no offense but I think you should take off that panel and redo it semi gloss black. The grey doesnt match anything on your car.

Default Berger Panel

I know the owner of #71 2002 berger camaro and his rear panel is unpainted black. I asked him if he knew if it was flat or semi and he told me neither... that it was left unpainted.

Doesnt make any sense. How could a white plastic part with grey primer be black when left unpainted? Answer...it is painted.
