I had a small collision in the front of my car and it crinkled the front corner of the hood. Since I have to replace it I was going to go with the SS hood. I have heard horror stories of how aftermarket hoods fit crappy, so where can I get one that fits good? I just don't want to spend my money on crap.

Buy an OEM SS hood from slponline.com. That's the cheapest you'll be able to pay for a brand new OEM SS hood (~$1000). Anywhere else is $1500 and up.
You may also want to try vfnfiberglass.com. They are a sponsor here and they have a SS hood with a 3" scoop, a sunoco cowl hood, a couple of traditional style cowl hoods, and a stingray style scoop hood. From what I've heard, they have good quality products. Only thing is you usually have to wait 6 weeks or so to get an order.
