Hey guys,
I am going to be installing these two parts. I think i need that black plastic piece under the bumper too... is that the air dam or a rock shield? Anyways, I havent yet decided if i will simply let the body shop do it since they will have to paint/blend anyways but i was wondering how difficult it is to put them back on. Is there a write up anywhere on the net?

it's not hard to do, you could do it yourself and save an hour of labor.
