Long story short, I got raped at a parking lot, I'm looking for a replacement drivers side fender for my black 99 z28.
I'm thinking the GM dealership, as rest of the car is ok, I'm REALLY pissed and heartbroken.
I mean lot dings happen, luckly I've never caused one, but if I did I was raised right and would leave my info.
I don't even want to think about this.. Just where to get a good fender for a good price.
I'm 21 just started my own company, and this fall going back to college for my last year. I REALLY didn't need this.
Any help would be great.

I think the dealership would be your best bet for gettin a new replacement fender. I've never heard of a company that produces a good quality fender.
I'd also keep an eye out on craigslist for someone parting out their car.
