Now I need a body shop and Geico says they will let me pick anyone in town. I need someone that can get my car perfect or I don't want the car back. I live in Gainesville, FL. How do I go about finding someone?

Call a local high-end sports car dealer (Lambo, Ferrari, Porsche, etc.) and ask them who they recommend.

Go to some local car shows where regulars hang out. Ask around there and check out their work. Thats how I found the painter I have now. I was needing a new painter and saw someone at the Burger King where they have a Saturday night cruise every week. This one guy had some custom airbrushing work done in his engine bay and the outside looked pretty good too. As it turned out the whole car had been painted by this guy including the airbrush work. I've since sent the body shop work of other fbody locals
