Default Building Racecar/Streetcar but came into a problem. *Pics*

Alright, before you say get a new car or weld on new panels. I'm not ain a position to do that right now. Car has been in the family a long time and I can't let it go.

The rust/bondo is from a previous accident. They replaced the rear quarter panel so it's rusting where they tacked it to the body. You can see from the pictures.

If you absolutely had no choice but to patch this but do it "The Right Way", how would you do it ?

POR-15 sells a kit that's supposed to be pretty badass. Would that work ?

Thanks in advance.

Ground down the rust spots and found more than I bargained for:

Treated the rust with Eastwoods Rust Encapulator:

The products I mentioned before are:

Powermesh Reinforcing Fabric,

A special fiberglass reinforcing fabric that can be used with POR-15 Rust Preventive paint to bridge gaps and repair holes in sheet metal.

With POR-15 Epoxy Putty,
When it cures, it's ROCK HARD, making it perfect for repairing steel, plastics, concrete, etc. Amazingly, it even sticks to damp surfaces, and will cure UNDERWATER, so it can be used to fix leaking basement walls, swimming pools and plumbing fixtures.

Or All-Metal
