What adhesive tape was used on cme valance? Going to put the cme valance on my car and was wanting to know if anyone knows what adhesive tape gm used to secure them?

I don't know if it is still available but SLP was still selling the tape a while back. I've used the double sided tape that they sell at any parts store. It has the red plastic over it. It should be about 1/2" wide. Just heat it up really well with a blow dryer and it'll stick great.

I have some industrial 3M double sided tape I got from my dad which he got from work. That stuff is CRAZY sticky and once it's on it isn't coming off. I actually have two different types, one is a thicker foam type (similar to THIS STUFF ) and works GREAT and the other is a thinner foam type and is the one that is the permanent type stuff I referred to above.
