The colors are meant to be spray over dark bases preferably black, but I have used blue, orange, maroon etc. Anything light will leave you with a pastel looking color that barely flips. Spray a small test panel first and check it out.

i say go with a kandy color over the kamelion...really looks beautiful just had my bike painted and the paint was only around 150 for the base coat and kandy over coat...
check out the candy orange tangerine...it really is different and stands out
