Ordered VFN Sunoco Hood Ordered a VFN Sunoco Hood August 9TH. They said 6 -8 week delivery time. Has anyone had any recent experience with VFN and should I expect it to take the full 8 weeks. Thanks in advance for any responses!
Just got my hood today. Didn't take that long, can't remember how long it took exactly. Anyone know if it is ok to drive around with the unfinished hood for a little while until I can get it painted?

I recieved my hood 4 weeks ago after waiting 7 weeks. VFN does recommend you run run it unpainted for a while to let it "cure". I live in the south, memphis, so im not going to wait much longer to get it painted. That **** should be plenty cured after the last 2 weeks we've had!

Just received mine, can it get wet while its not painted ? because its on my car and it needs washing, anyway, they recomend not to paint it until a couple of weeks, also when its ready for paint does it need to be block sanded ?
