Default Cage anyone?

IS anyone here rollin a caged daily driver? i'm thinkin about it in a few months here after the engine build and would like some feedback on how much of a pain they may or may not be.

i am.... it takes some getting used to but now i dont even mind.... i love it just people cant fit in the back anymore.... and i like the looks i get when i am rolling around with the tops ..... people are like OMG he has bars in his car lol made the car alot stiffer

thats badass. I've got a hard top which helps my cause, i dont want too many people to see my cage. how many points is yours and how much did it run to stick it in there?

6 point with out the swing out door bars and the rear bars go in the speaker panels and i installed it my self and its a wolfe

I wouldn't do more than a 6 point in a daily driven car. Even in a minor accident hitting your head on a bar would suck majorly. Hopefully your seat will be far away from the main hoop.

I was considering a 4 just to keep the techs happy. Now getting in a wrek is somthin i never considered. that would be a bitch lol.

Not my daily driver, but could be. No big deal. Wolfe 6 point bolt it. Get the swing out doors (I did not), and the removable rear bar. The rear makes it not certifiable, but I don't care. My almost 5 year old still fits in and out of the back with the bar in place without a complaint. The third pic is of the harness. Only for the track. Not DOT, and uncomfortable to drive around town....

I hope you don't drive around with your 5 year old in the back with that roll bar in :brick:.

Why? The bar is at the back of the seats. It does not impede her seating at all, and she is safer than someone without a bar. I don't drive the car any different that my Avalanche with her it it.

i run around with the 5 point... but just use the lap belt.....
