Anyone paint an LS1 intake manifold??

So after done with 320 it should be fine to spray some adhesion promoter?
Oh and one big question...since the manifold gets somewhat hot
Is it recommended to spray something to protect the paint from heat??

Hope i can get a clean job the first time
320 is all I've ever used. BTW....the composite nylon based LS instake manifold does not conduct heat therefore it's probably the coolest part of the engine. I can lay my hand flat on mine after several hours of driving and did not use any type of high heat paint or clear coat.....but I know some guys have. That's your call.
