Default Legalities of mirror swaps
Would it be legal to swap the side mirrors on a Z28 with those of a C6? I ask because I'm really not sure.

i dont think its an issue most cops dont look for that stuff.

I meant through like an inspection. I didn't know if changed the side mirrors was permitted.

ive seen it done a trans am a couple of years ago i think car was a som colored car dont remember any legal issues and i cant imagine why there would be

im a state inspector and in class they say as long as you have 1 mirrow either only passenger or driver or even just the center mirror only 1 is needed to pass

Yep, it doesn't matter what kind of mirror it is as long as you have one. Most people wouldn't even know you swapped mirrors anyway.
