op on Gran Sport stripes Ok for some time now i have been wanting to do the gran sport stripes on my SS. I cant seem to find a way to tell how big they should be or the width or even if i can just buy a vinyl of them. I would rather have then painted. So if anyone could please tell me whats the specs on them and if you think it would look good

i cant remember the measurements but i think both stripes are 3.25" and spaced .5" but not exactly sure. if you want them painted i would just buy the vinyl to use as a templete and then paint them heres a link to a sponsor on here that sells some nice ones. http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/fenstripdecc.html

I had a set from Afterthoughtsauto.com---> on my old car and they seem to be the best size that I have seen. They really look good on some cars and others they don't. My old car was NBM and I went with silver GS stripes and silver overlays on the emblems. Just search my user name and there are some pics of it floating around here.

Sweet, thanks alot guys, you have been a HUGE help. I think i am going to go with Mat black stripes. To go with the rear panel and the painted headlights

Just pull the fender off the damn car fool! Bring it over and we get it taken care of chief! Id rather practice on your car before I decide what my car is going to get
