Prices? What kinda prices have you guys had to completely repaint your car? I have no idea how much? I was thinkin around $4,000-$5,000 because I have never had it done before. Last time I had a car painted it was my Thunderbird and my Grandpa did it for free, I'm grateful but you get what you pay for if you catch my drift lol. I wanna do a T/A in gloss black and then have them put on some decals and Trans-Am birds for me cause I know I'll end up puttin them on sideways or something... How much extra would it be for them to just paint the Trans-Am logos on for me?

well a friend of mine got his front fascia and hood repainted for about $450. That should give you a ballpark estimate as to how much the rest of the panels will cost. The guy's Camaro was black too, so same color you're looking at. Are you looking to repaint a car that is already black or is it a different color? The latter will cost a lot more...

my car is in the paint shop right now getting a ram air hood painted and the roof repainted and its going to cost ~$600
i was told by the body shop that you can expect $250-$300 per panel.. so based on that i would think an fbody would be about 10-12 panels so about $3000-$4000 i guess....

depends where you go,live,who the people at that shop are like?we start our bc/cc jobs at $1500 and goes up from there.the last 4th gen we did was around $1800.i hear alot of crazy prices from shops.guess thats why were always busy

I tell you what with people still having there cars repainted with insurance money we called about 10 body shops and the average price to just have my T-Bird repainted the same color was North of $5,000 but I found someone here on the board who said they would do it for me.
