As much as I love LS1s, keep it LT1. Do it up the motor LT4 style atleast. Don't fake the funk.

LT1 because the lights look better, are cheaper, and (the plastic) won't cloud. I didn't like the plastic lenses SO MUCH that I got the T/A. Interesting to know the possibilities though, what about the TA front end on a camaro? Would that line up at all?

Four eyes forever! If it were mine, she'd be getting an SS hood.

I always wished there was some sort of kit to put LT1 headlights where my plastic Malibu lookin' ones reside.

The deal is that right now; I have that ws6 looking hood on my car since my stock hood came to a dramatic end. I was trying to sell the hood, but this guy that a friend knows has an lt1 car that the previous owner switched over to ls1 front. He ,for some weird reason, wants the lt1 front end back. I was thinking about switching him just so I can get away from the "camel toe" hood.

So I was just looking for everyone's opinion and also kinda what I'm getting myself into.
Why change?? The LT1 front end is much better looking then the LS1 IMO.

Well, mod the motor not the front. LT4 intake, good cam, then tune, ect ect.

Oh yeah paint first. LT1 cars look great. LS1 cars look great. They are both good in their own ways.

If you want to do it then go ahead. Its just a lot of work for a real minimum gain if you want my opinion.

I vote LT1. I love the way the LS1 front end looks, but you gotta stick to your roots!
